Hi girls,
Long time listener, first time commenter. I very much enjoyed this episode. I’m a big fan of the stand alone episodes and this one was no different.
I loved Gert, or Dirty-Gerty and her obvious attration to Sam. (Hay, can you blame her?! Nope!) Did you catch her reference to Adonis? She called Sam her Adonis when they were entering the party. I thought this was quite fitting seeing as Adonis is the symbol for the pefect male figure in Greek mythology- in my eyes its Jensen, but that’s beside the point.
I loved that Bela was back. I’m a fan of both Ruby and Bela and although I don’t want either of them to shotgun the back seat of the Impala and go around fighting the supernatural and turning the show into a Scooby-Doo kind of thing I am looking forward to seeing them more frequently. Maybe its the writer in me who has also created a Bela like character that makes me like her but either way I think she’s pretty cool.
The witty banter between Bela and Dean was- for lack of a better word- AWESOME! When 00-Dean walked down the stairs in that tux- WOW- not ridiculous at all. Loved Dean’s “Don’t objectify me” as that’s what all us fans do on a day to day basis. One of the best quotes for the ep has got to be Dean’s “You stink like sex” to Sam- that was Hi-larious!
Can’t wait till next weeks ep- *sing-song* Gordon’s back!
