The EMF Podcast– Sin City

Welcome to Sin City! This episode wasn’t action packed, it didn’t have a lot of special effects, and there wasn’t a lot of hunting going on really–But who cares, we say! This episode was amazing! We were on the edge of our seats wanting to hear more about all the deep dark secrets coming out in this episode! Dean chats it up with a demon with a religious background, Sam and Ruby mix it up again, and Bobby puts the colt back to together again!

  1. Hi

Just listened to your “Sin City” Podcast, and it got me thinking…

What if… Ruby is Lucifer? What if she is this ‘Fallen Angel’, and is helping Sam, so that when the time comes, he has to turn evil and lead the demons or something, or she would let Dean die.

Because she said that Sam would have to do things he didn’t want to, and maybe thats why she’s helping them. So that when the time comes, Sam would have to do what she says, or let his brother die.

    Thats just one theory.

Anyways, looking forwards to the next podcast

    Luv Jess xx

  2. Wow what a fantastic podcast! I was quite bothered by this episode…I’m sure Dana understands -hugs Sam- NOOOOOO don’t go evil! But I actually agree with you now that you pointed it out, Sam really was bothered by killing them…it seemed like Ruby was really pushing him, but then Dean doesn’t see that. I haven’t watched past this episode yet…so I’m beside myself with curiousity. -dramatic sighs- Bobby and Dean really did have a chick-flick moment this episode…but the best scene was Sam’s screw up with the bar owner guy. It was hilarious and he acted very Sam-first-season-ish. -clears throat- What you’re the only ones who can make up words? haha. Ok I need to be working…you gals are so distracting. Keep up the good work

  3. Ok another comment (seriously you gals are keeping me from getting anything done!) Dana is always commenting on how many times they use the “well maybe it’s not supernatural…” lines, but I have yet to hear you mention a line that is used far more often. “So tell me again…” Anyone else notice that Dean uses this ALL the time? Obvious Sam, Bobby or whoever, has already told him once and the only reason he would need to ask again is a conversation we didn’t get to hear before hand. Sam has also used this line on occasion. I’m hardly a nitpicker but I found that adorable in a so obvious ploy kind of way

  4. Ok…seriously I need to get a life, but I was just thinking and I had a bit more to add. Did you gals notice that Sam had basically already pulled the trigger when Dean screamed for him to stop. It’s not like Dean said it and Sam willfully ignored him. Sam was already in motion, and it was to late. At least that was my observation. Also if Dean would put himself in Sam’s shoes he would realize that Sam is acting…very very much like he would be. Brother. Danger. Demon. Shoot. Seems kind of Dean like to me. I think they are really rubbing off on each other. Sam taught Dean to question, and Dean taught Sam that sometimes you just have to act. So now Dean is questioning, and Sam is acting. If Dean were doing the same things no one would suggest he was evil. He would be just being Dean, acting first thinking later. But since it’s Sam putting caustion to the wind to save his brother, he must be turnign dark side! hmmm…slightly inconsistant eh Dean?

    Ok ramblings end now
